K-9 Chase and Handler Brian Lane

K-9 Chase is a German Shepherd. He was born in the Czech Republic on Dec. 16, 2015. K-9 Chase and his partner, State Park Peace Officer (Ranger) Brian Lane, are assigned to the San Diego Coast District. Chase is crossed-trained as a patrol K-9 and a Narcotics Detection K-9. During his career, K-9 Chase has worked hard to keep Officer Lane safe. He has searched buildings, found suspects, and discovered drugs and other evidence for various cases. Most of all, Chase enjoys being able to meet so many different types of people while on patrol.
