Credentials for production are unique to each employee. These credentials are assigned by your local supervisor. Any transactions processed in production are 'live' and accountable transactions.

This is the customer-facing side of the reservation system, most commonly referred to as Reserve California. This is where customers create customer profiles and make camping/activity/tour reservations. We strongly encourage all staff to make their own Reserve California profiles so they are familiar with what their customers are using.

The training environment is meant for training purposes, transactions completed in the training environment are not live and are not accountable by DPR.

There are 29 sets of credentials for the training environment.

Usernames: Super2, Super3, Super 4.... Super 30.

Password: Password@1

Users should sign into the register number associated with their username.

Example: User with credentials 'Super4' should sign into register 4.

There are limited stores set up in the training environment. Big Basin Redwoods is used for any training on camping and Folsom Lake SRA is set up for day use operations. Other functions such as working on processing batches, running reports, etc. can be accessed on either Big Basin Redwoods or Folsom Lake SRA.

A note: modifications cannot be made to the preloaded reservations. Users will need to create their own reservations to practice modifying them.

The training environment does have some 'error codes' that are not consistent with the production environment.
