What is R2S2?
The California State Parks Recreation and Reservations Sales Service (R2S2) Project is modernizing and enhancing our visitor-facing reservation system. R2S2 provides more user-friendly web services for staff and visitors. The R2S2 Contact Center and public-facing ReserveCalifornia website are fully funcitonal and working with visitors and staff through the transition to a new service. DPR continues to phase in new point-of-sale equipment across the state, changing the employee and visitor experience.
What is ReserveCalifornia?
ReserveCalifornia is the public website for R2S2, DPR's new reservation service that launched on August 1, 2017.
