Camping: There is no camping on State Park property along the Yuba River.

16 miles from Nevada City, near the South Yuba River, miles of hiking trails and a historic old town.

Edwards Crossing, South Yuba River Campgrounds, Bureau of Land Management

16 campsites for tents or RV's with tables, water, fire rings, pit toilets and trash pick-up. First come first serve. (916) 941-3101

Wilderness camping along the South Yuba Tahoe National Forest  

Permitted in Tahoe National Forest along a 4.4 mile section from Edwards Crossing to Purdon Crossing.

In the Tahoe National Forest land you can camp anywhere. Check for fire restrictions and obtain a campfire permit.

Englebright Lake, Army Corp of Engineers 

Around 100 sites in 16 campgrounds: Beach, private, coves, rivers, body of lake, close to neighbors, etc.
