Venues in Railtown 1897 State Historic Park

We offer many sites to host your next special event at Railtown. All sites must be reserved through the State of California Special Event Permit Process. Email Railtown1897SHP@parks.ca.gov to start your application today! Call (209) 984-4408 for more information.

Additional $25.00 permit fee required for each special event request. Checks made payable to: California State Parks.

Current available sites include:

• Lawn area with large oak trees
• Picnic areas
• Option to charter a train, railcar, or a caboose
