McClellan Training Center

The McClellan Training Center is located next to the California Statewide Museum Collections Center. The building is a state of the art, LEED Silver certified building.  The concrete construction of the former military warehouse provides a self-regulated passive environment that reduces energy consumption.

Location/Directions:

The address is 4940 Lang Avenue, Suite 100, McClellan, CA 95652. The Training Center is located on the west side of the McClellan Business Park, formerly the McClellan AFB, about 15 minutes northeast of downtown Sacramento. Follow the directions below for the best route. We do not recommend following GPS navigation or entering the base from the east at Watt Ave or Peacekeeper Way because of the airstrip that runs through the middle of the base.

• Take I-80 to Raley/Marysville Blvd Exit (Exit 91), exit north onto Raley
• Proceed to 2nd major intersection at Main Ave, turn right for 1/4 mile
• Main Ave terminates on Lang Ave at a row of warehouses, turn left onto Lang

Lobby entrance is last bay (J Bay) at north end, next to the American flag, under the State Parks’ logo and across from what used to be a water tower. Parking is free and plentiful along both the front and the north side of the building, as well as across the bridge adjacent to our fenced service yard.
