FOR NEW PARTICIPANTS:

The portal for Ventura Junior Lifeguard registration will be in ReserveCalifornia.  To register a participant each HOUSEHOLD must create a profile and add dependents.

Review these instructions to help you with the process;

Login, Create New Account and Setting Up Your Dependents on ReserveCalifornia.com

 Step 1: Login or create your NEW account by selecting the “LOGIN” or "CREATE ACCOUNT" button on the top menu.

Step 2: Once you are logged in, navigate to “YOUR ACCOUNT” on the top menu. A drop down will display. Select “YOUR DEPENDENTS”.

Step 3: A page titled “Persons” should appear. There will be a button that says “Add Person”. Click on this button to launch the “Add New Person” page.

Step 4: On the “Add New Person” page. Populate the following fields with information about the dependent you are setting up:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Birthdate This is necessary for ReserveCalifornia.com to validate that your dependent meets the age requirements for enrollment
  • Relationship- Use drop down to select “Child”

 Step 5: Once you are done entering the above information, select “Add Dependent” and you will then be brought to the previous page and your new dependent should be listed. You can continue to add dependents to your account or proceed to enrolling your dependent(s) in a Junior Lifeguard program.

Session 3 is now full.  Please add your name to the waitlist.

Session 3 - July 29 - August 16

REFUND AND CANCELATION POLICY

  • If a participant fails to pass the swim test, a full refund will be issued. 
  • If a participant must cancel for any reason prior to 7 calendar days of the start date of the training a $50.00 cancellation fee will apply.
  • If a participant must drop out of the training for any reason within 7 calendar days before or after the training has started a 50% refund will be issued.
  • If a participant must drop out of the training after 7 calendar days of the start date of the training no refund will be issued.
  • If a participant is injured while participating in the training a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the number of training days that were started.
  • No refund will be issued to any participant that is suspended or expelled from training for disciplinary reasons.
  • There is no refund for uniform items.
