California State Parks Concession Opportunity – The California Department of Parks and Recreation is accepting proposals for a 5-year concession contract with the State’s option to extend the term an additional five years for the operation of a historic retail store at Old Town San Diego State Historic Park (OTSDSHP). Proposals are due by 2:00 P.M. on June 17, 2024, at the Department of Parks and Recreation, 715 P Street, 13th Floor, Sacramento, CA 95814. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 25, 2024, at 3:00 P.M. at Old Town San Diego State Historic Park’s Colorado House (old Wells Fargo Museum location): 2733 San Diego Ave, San Diego, CA 92110.
