Independence Day Litter Getter / Beach Cleanup

Time: 9:00 am - 11:00 am

Location: Look for the California State Parks Canopy near Cardiff Reef Parking Lot (north end of Cardiff State Beach)

Ages: all ages welcome! 

Independence Day firework shows and festivities are all fun and games, but they can leave behind too much human evidence! Help our State Parks Staff be stewards of our environment and clean up the beach after the holiday is over. All clean up materials will be provided, and interested participants can earn a Litter Getter certificate along with exclusive Litter Getter stickers (not available anywhere else!). Participate with us or take away a clean up kit to continue the service elsewhere! 

Parking fees may apply. No reservations required. Walk - up guests welcome.
