Document Accessibility

To ensure the Department of Parks and Recreation public website remains in compliance with the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Government Code section 11546.7 requires that we only post documents that meet the requirements of the federal Rehabilitation Act, the ADA, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as updated.  We cannot publish any non-compliant documents.

 Please note that documents must be submitted five business days prior to the first day of the commission tour/meeting. This submission deadline will ensure that commissioners and legal counsel are given adequate time to read and review the documents. The Tour and Meeting Notice will contain directions on where and how to submit documents to the commission.  Please note that persons may still provide comments via in-person or Zoom at commission meetings.
