California State Parks Announces Concession Opportunity at Bolsa Chica State Beach

HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. — California State Parks is accepting proposals for a concession contract for the operation of four beach stands at Bolsa Chica State Beach (SB) in Orange County starting today, January 8 through March 27, 2024. A meeting is scheduled at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31, at the Bolsa Chica SB Visitors Center in Huntington Beach to learn more about the opportunity.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) is being issued for a 10-year concession contract with the State’s option to extend the term an additional five years for the operation and development of four beach stands and surrounding plaza areas offering food and drink, equipment rental, and special event and catering services.
