Sutter’s Fort
Capacity: 500 seated or 700 standing
The basic rental fee of Sutter’s Fort is $1,200* which includes the use of main space inside the wall of Sutter’s Fort. Sutter’s Fort is available for rent beginning at 5:00 p.m. and generally must be fully cleaned up and vacated by 11:00 p.m. However, events may start earlier or go longer with prior approval.
*All rental fees will have staff fees added and a $35 permit fee.

Sutter’s Fort Grass (outside of walls)
Our large outdoor area is a preferred location for a variety of large public gatherings and events.
*All basic rental fees will have staff fees added and a $35 permit fee.
*The fee for over 701 persons shall be determined by the Capital District Superintendent based on scope of the event.
