American Trails is excited to partner with California Trails and Greenways to offer FREE learning credits to attendees! American Trails is an approved provider for the American Planning Association (APA) and can offer Certification Maintenance (CM) credits, as well as an LA CES approved provider for the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) and can offer Professional Development Hours (PDH). Sessions are also eligible for CEU equivalency petition for park professionals with the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), as well as CEU/PDH equivalency petition via other accepting organizations.

STEPS TO OBTAIN LEARNING CREDITS:

1. ATTEND SESSIONS & COMPLETE SURVEYS: Complete a survey for each session for which you wish to obtain credits. A link to the online survey can be obtained by the conference host or candace@americantrails.org.

2. COMPLETE TRACKING FORM: Complete a form with your contact details and amount/type of credits requested. On the form, circle the credit(s) type requested for each session you attend. Once your paperwork is complete, go to registration to get the conference host to initial next to each session attended and to sign this form. American Trails can also sign the form once sent to them.

3. PAY: Learning credits are included in the registration fee so no further payment to earn credits is needed.

4. SUBMIT PAPERWORK: Hand in to the registration desk. Or you can email, fax, or mail this form to Candace (contact details below). A certificate of completion will be emailed within 21 days post-conference.
