The California State Parks Foundation has partnered with the Department of Parks and Recreation to launch the “Proud Partners Program”. The Program aims to help fund visitor enhancement projects and promote educational and resource stewardship programs.

Partners from the business community whose practices best support and further the mission of California’s state parks are eligible to participate in the program. Business partners chosen for the program help to raise additional funds for protection, preservation, enhancement and improvement of our state parks, as well as help raise public awareness of the wonderful cultural, historical and natural resources in the state park system. 

  • California park users – and all Californians – benefit from the Proud Partners Program by ensuring that the parks can continue to provide in-park education and historic programs, activities, and general awareness of the park system and its diversity.
