World Wide Ranger Day

In recognition of World Ranger Day on August 1, 2007, State Parks will be celebrating the event at the Maritime National Historical Park located on Jefferson Street in San Francisco, CA from 11AM to 6PM. The event is free for the public.

Come along and find out about employment and volunteer opportunities which may be available in your local area State Park. California State Parks is one of many exhibitors. Stop by our tables and meet with our state park employees. The Department is currently recruiting persons interested in accounting, dispatch, maintenance, resource protection, recreation, and education.
