MSHP Volunteers Have Fun in Many Ways!

Monterey State Historic Park is currently seeking new volunteers!  Do you enjoy California History? Would you like to learn more about Monterey’s historic adobes? Do you enjoy meeting people from all around the world? If so, volunteering at Monterey State Historic Park is a great place for you!

The Custom House Gift Shop needs your help! The gift shop is the driving force for fundraising for our educational programs and restoration projects like the First Theater here at Monterey State Historic Park. 

 

We are currently looking for people who:

·         Enjoy meeting people from around the world and sharing California history while selling unique books and gift items at the Custom House Park Store. Full training provided!

 

 

 

Some more information:

Shifts are 2.5 hours long.

 

Currently Custom House Store Shifts:

 

Thursday-Sunday

 

• 11:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
• 1:30 p.m. - 4:00 p.m.

 

With more volunteers we can expand the store's hours and raise more money for Monterey State Historic Park!
