If you haven't found your passion, maybe we can help. Here are some adventure itineraries we are passionate about!

Northern California

If learning is more of the adventure you are passionate about, explore
Petaluma Adobe State Historic Park  that was home of the last California mission, San Francisco Solano, built in 1823; or, discover Fort Ross State Historic Park, a trading outpost from 1812-1841 for the Russian-American Company.

Central Valley

If you are an extreme water-lover, may we also suggest white water rafting at Auburn State Recreation Area where rafting, mountain biking, off-highway vehicle riding, and wilderness hiking is of abundance in this 42,000-acre park.

If you're not that passionate about extreme adventures, just yet, try a less extreme environment at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. Folsom offers 75 miles of shoreline with beautiful vistas of the Sierra Nevada foothills as well as boating, fishing, swimming, camping and picnicking.

Central Coast

If you love sand in your face, try riding a dune buggy at Oceano Dunes State Vehicle Recreation Area, 1,500 acres of open sand dunes.  It’s the only state park in California where vehicles may drive and camp on the beach.

Or, even better, hang glide or para glide at Marina State Beach, 6.5 miles of coastline nestled between San Luis Obispo and Hearst Castle, an accessible beach overlook trail, cozy campsites, and bike trails.

Southern California

If wind, sand and sun are more your thing, may we suggest surfing, windsurfing or just experiencing California’s legendary state park beaches at Huntington State Beach or Doheny State Beach.
